Please note that full functionality of the virtual registrar's office is enabled only after completing enrollment by paying the first installment.

Students of the University of L'Aquila can carry out various administrative procedures through the University’s Virtual Registrar: Personal Information, Selection Tests for Restricted Access Programs, Enrollment, University Fees, Self-Certification, Academic Summary, Student Record Book, Academic Analysis, Exam Booking, Partial Exam Booking, Booking Notice Board, Results Notice Board, Enrollment Summary, Certificate Requests, AlmaLaurea, State Exams.
Students experiencing issues with exam bookings through the virtual registrar must contact the Teaching Office exclusively via email, writing to diiie.uprodid@strutture.univaq.it and always including their student ID number.
For technical malfunction issues encountered while using the Virtual Registrar, students and faculty should contact the support service at the numbers 0862/432209 or 0862/432214 or via email at servizi.online(at)univaq.it, as the Virtual Registrar service is centralized.
